My oldest daughter had dance yesterday. It amazes me how much more complicated their choreography is this year than last. The girls, quickly moving from one move to the next were getting confused as to their rights and their lefts. So their teacher asked them to step on their left foot. All the girls stepped forward with their left foot. Except mine. She took her right foot and placed it on the top of her left foot.
I was laughing so hard when they told me, I had to leave the studio.

Oh-that is very funny! I was a choregrapher for musical theatre for years, and ran into this problem (left/right)...I would usually just end pointing to this on stage or that. Dance & music is such a beautiful form of expression--and the discipline will follow your daughter through life.
